Oh, I think Coke's great.....for filling bee traps and possibly other external uses. Ingesting it? Well, maybe with a vodka additive for sensory protection, but never straight. It tastes like metal cleaner.. Even RC is better.

The delicate and sensual hint of citrus as well as the lighter yet more satisfying bouquet and flavor of a fine Pepsi is the Nirvana of cola drinkers.

Beats hell out of having to make coffee after waking up too! Got all the basic food groups required for breakfast: Sugar, Wake Yer Face Up Fizz, and Caffeine.

As for disagreeing: You REALLY have to listen to a pair of 12" EVs, my friend...

"Friends Don't Let Friends Drink Coke" :sqcool:

Blasphemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pepsi is so easy to make we learned how when we were young.

This is how a pepsi is made:

obtain one 12 ounce can of Coke Cola pour half of the can into each of two 12 ounce tumblers fill each tunmbler to the top with water and.............. you now have two glasses of pepsi.

I drink Diet Pepsi....it tastes better than Diet Coke.

Lately, a new product called "Coke Zero" (a reformulated Diet Coke) has been selling for about 1 year in our area. Not sure if its been released nationwide.

Its the only diet Coke product that doesn't taste sh1tty (to me), and actually tastes good. (I'll buy Coke Zero when its on sale at the markets, Diet Pepsi at Costco)

Not quite, though there IS less cola syrup in pepsi, there are more flavors, including citrus and others.

Here's a real hint for you: If you are at a Burger King or some other place where the fountains are self-serve: If you fill the cup about 1/4 with sprite, then add the solvent...er, I mean the coke... it becomes almost somewhat semi-palatable..

By the way, coke is ok for soaking battery terminals too! :sqcool:

BTW- My son calls it foil-cola , descriptive of the flavor....

You might as well be drinking carbonated water!

Matt,

With my health issues the Zero drinks are all I can have any more (Cherry Coke Zero is my fav)

There's flavor for you Joe! Oh that's right you are from North of the Mason Dixon Line, of course you like Pepsi............. LOL

I love Cherry Coke Zero.......glad to see the Zero products have gone national.

Here in California, the local Costcos are selling MEXICAN COKE, in cases. Its expensive (at 70 cents per 12 oz bottle) but its really good! All the mexican restaurants turn around & sell it for $2 per bottle.

(No cocaine in Mexican coke, but they STILL use Cane Sugar for sweetening....unlike the American counterpart which uses Corn Syrup).

Matt are they just now getting Coke in your area? Even Canada has had it for a yr or two. Coke Zero that is. We are usually the last to get it. Oh and there's a new song out you might want to get called Low by a brand new Rapper named Flo-Rida. LMAO

Does the Mexican Coke taste the way the old American Coke of the 60's and early 70's taste and have that kind of a bite to the taste????

indeed it does but more important all beverages taste better in a bottle.I worked for a Pepsi distribution center severl yrs ago which had one of the only remaining glass bottling plant in the USA. We used to buy eight packs like they were going out of style. Actually one yr later they did go out of style. The machine maintenance forced the owner to sell out and do strictly plastic. I dearly miss Pepsi in a bottle.

FINALLY Matt and I agree on something :sqwink:

Posted on a thread that the following are poor examples of a Professional Mobile DJ

A DJ using one speaker for the event - (Would NEVER do that unless one was or has been broken at the time at the event itself if it cant be changed straight away)

A DJ not properly dressed for the event - (Always dress in a Suit for ANY Event , weddings is a Tux)

A DJ with out a Wireless Microphone for a Wedding Reception - (only if asked or not asked for but should carry one if needed on night)

A DJ with all his DJ Components spread out on a table - (No comment)

A DJ showing up at a location without a dolly to transport his equipment having to borrow one from the facility - (hard to answer this one at present)

A DJ playing with his DJ Party Lights during Dinner Time - (No thanks its for Dancing time not dinner time (But I do have one small light on that sets the mood for dinner))

I Found myself having DJs disagree with these observations.

Why isn't there a Code of ethics or a standard mode of operation that all Mobile DJs can agree on?

I think its how you act as a Professional than anything
