How about as back up for that time that the wheels on the coffin cease to work or for any of the other pieces you have on rolling travel cases?
My back up system is another Bose system. You are totally misunderstanding what I said. What I said was if a second system was not needed, we won't set it up. I didn't say if a second system was required, we won't do the show. I have 6 systems, so if I needed them, they would be put to use. I ALWAYS have AT LEAST 2 systems with me.As usual that is your lack of experience talking Scott.
You can never assume that you can move your equipment into the room without a Dolly.Yes, I can. I know what I am bringing. I know what i would have to carry. I know what I can carry. I normally use a dolly, but I don't bring equipment that I can't carry if a dolly can't be used. Try using a dolly up some stairs when the elevator doesn't work...or doesn't exist. You have it backwards. You can never assume you can move equipment WITH a dolly. I had to move equipment across some gravel. Dollies work great going across gravel....NOT
There might be that time that the normal way you load into a facility is changed due to work being done on the passage way or any other myriad of reasons.EXACTLY, so be prepared to do some carrying, Nancy!
By the way what is your back up for the Bose L1 system that you admit if a second one is required you won't do it? Am I misunderstanding what you said?
Now I am at a level where I am a teacher not a student much like you .

I wear jeans.
I don't comb my hair.
I have my components laid out on a table for all to see.
I use a corded mic.
Some of my cords show.
I have never used a bass bin.
Oh, and I don't have business cards
Please educate me.
Hmm Cesar what back up plan do you have if California falls into the ocean after the next 8.0?
Better question: Does anybody have a backup plan for the Apocalypse?

A dolly? We don't need no stinkin' dollies!! Dollies are for little girls. Man up!
Roadies? We don't need no stinkin' roadies!! Back in the day, we carried tens of crates of vinyl up three flights of stairs - after carrying each speaker upstairs by hand. Man up!
Dollies and roadies are for wimps!![]()

A DJ using one speaker for the event
Personally never done this I like being loaded for bear I overkill most times but if the condition warrented it I might
A DJ not properly dressed for the event
Depends on what you call properly dressed
A DJ with out a Wireless Microphone for a Wedding Reception
Don't own one don't plan on buying one until at least March next year when they straiten out the frequency issues. When I need one I rent it for $20 and upsell it for $50. If and when I buy one I will still upsell it for $50
A DJ with all his DJ Components spread out on a table
I used to do that but I bought a rack recently. It looks neater but the main reason is convinence
A DJ showing up at a location without a dolly to transport his equipment having to borrow one from the facility
There are 2 facilities that I work at that have a dolly waiting at the door for the DJ is it unprofessional to use it? I have a dolly but thee are very few places I use it
A DJ playing with his DJ Party Lights during Dinner Time
I've never heard of this happening before
Part of MY ethics, for anybody who so dearly cares, involves visiting a venue well in advance so that I know exactly what I need or not.
Cesar do you bring extra parts for your dolly a pump in case the tires go flat or a can of fix a flat or a second can in case the first doesnt work? Do you bring extra Cotter Pins for the axles in fact do you bring extra axles and finally do you bring someone along in case you pull a muscle?
