I still don't understand why one would have bought OTS if it never met their need. I assume they have a try-before-buy version.
I do in fact, do everything I do live. That's what makes the job exciting and gives it a fun edge. I'm also very good at what I do... and self confident enough not to need your approval.

You're welcome to invest your own effort and hear me live at any event you find me. I shouldn't have to tell you how desperate a person would need to be if making a video just to please a single disgruntled software coder. Don't hold your breath.

What "need" do you presume ANY software was capable of meeting at the time OtsJuke (it's original name) was first promoted to DJs?
You can't look at the state of software in 2012 and then ask about a decision made in an earlier decade. For example, Serato didn't exist yet, and other brands were not what they are today.
It's also not all-or-nothing.. I have more than one DJ software I can use - and each has it's own benefits. Ots is the ONLY software that includes a long list of unfulfilled promises an non-existent upgrades. Things I paid for and never got. (..not a lot of money admittedly, but that's no excuse for running this upgrade scam of theirs.)
The other softwares aren't all peaches and cream either ... but they don't pull the kind of consistent bull--- that OtsLabs does. Not even Rick

Where in the failure of Ots to deliver on their end of the bargain did I lose my right to obtain what I paid for and voice my opinion of the product and/or business ethics of proprietors responsible for those failures?
When did they tell you 2.0 would be done? What were the exact details of their promise?
Did their original promise include video, karaoke, auto beat mixing?
While the upgrades have not been as fast as I'd like, I've received many things that I was not promised with the software originally. They've never broken a promise to me. Maybe they like me better
