I don't think this surprises anyone. Most rational people would have simply said, "Oh, thanks for bringing that to my attention, I guess i was mistaken about some things. I still don't like the offer and don't like the software." and this thread would have died on page 1.
But when you try to tell Captain Obsessive Stalker he's mistaken, he digs in deeper. Since he can't argue rationally, he tries to find things to avert attention from the issue....that HE STARTED.

Same bull with Scott, who claims Ots is "just fine" for mixing but when asked how and with what he mixes he avoids the question. It should be obvious by now he's not qualified to evaluate the mixing capabilities of Ots. I'll bet you 10 bucks his "controller" is the "keyboard" and "mouse." I'd be surprised if he ever owned a CD player better than the Numark class, and has likely never touched an SL1200. He provided the link to his website in his post - so why not see how this great master of DJ software presents all this knowledge and experience to his clients. Voila! It's all just links to a cookie cutter web service like WeDJ, etc. Fake... just like his claims about mixing and features in Ots. 80,000 song library - another fake reference to retailers online. Seems Ots and Scott have something in common - they both prefer to mislead their prospects.
BTW: got another solicitation from Ots telling me Esperance is "imminent" - no date given of course, no description of the product or features, just an URGENT plea to buy the old versioin NOW before everyone figures out that Esperance is a just a wish and a prayer. Okay, so that last part is my spin - but, I'm sticking with it. Just for reference, the invasion of Iraq was "imminent" a full 2 years before it happened.
Of course, Esperance could show up on Tuesday morning right? Then we'll get to see just how well it lives up to the hype.

I won't add much to this thread other than I see porformance has added lawer and mathmatician to his porfessional resume'.
Porformance can't see facts the same way as everyone else Scott. As you've accuratly reflected in the video (loved it), porformance has an ultra inflated ego he himself cannot get over.
You can walk away a winner, and he'll believe he has won. It's one versus many.

If I thought a "Mix- off" would help him be more rational when it comes to disagreeing with someone, I'd do it just to help him. I don't think it's possible though. Plus, I never said my mad mixing skills were better than anybody's.
Simply that I was happy with the way I can mix with the software I use. It really doesn't matter to me who I am better or worse than when it comes to mixing. It's only important that I am happy with how my customers enjoy the event. Mixing is just one of the things I use, and I'm satisfied with how it works for me.I think a likeable personality and the ability to think rationally are much more important for a DJ than mixing skills anyway.
Maybe we should have an "offer-off". Post 3 offers and each of us give our assessment of what the offer is really saying
