The other problem with the off the rack ones is the end at the mixer does not have a long enough split of the XLR and power, I have to add a short XLR to jump up to my mixer as my power is all most always on the floor.

Yes, all with the same result.

I used two different 600 MHz and one 500 MHz wireless mics, all had the same results. All would start to drop out after about 50 ft from the base units. All had nothing between the base and the handheld. I tried my EV RE2, my Shure SLX, and My GTD. Most of the time I can go WAAAAY longer...

Would this cause a wireless mic to have drop outs at a very short distance?

So I have made me some more of my subs and purchased DruaTex from PartsExpress and would like any advice on the best way to apply this to my cabinets.

I will use these to lift my truss, and for now I'm using Intimidators 375Z on the truss along with other fixtures.

The biggest problem with any light will be setting up a profile up for it if it does not already included in your software.
