So, he bought a POS light for a good price ... WOW for him. :tritongue:
He'll probably just leave it on all night like the rest of them do ... that's real sexy during the slow songs. lol
Funny that nobody suggested the Revo 3. I owned 2 of the Revo 4's for one year and got rid of them in favor of the 3's. While the 4 has a nearly endless amount of patterns, its an incredibly dark fixture when producing many of the patterns. The 3 is bright as can be...at all times. No problem lighting a dance floor with them alone. Both Revo units can be controlled via the UC3, which is great for non-DMX guys. I love being able to black them out when I want to scale back to a wash only or mix in a different effect.
Sometimes you gotta know who you're dealing with and what they've been up to ... being a board rat helps that.

Your comments make it sound like its more of a closed off "club" here...as opposed to a place that encourages new(er) members to be involved. Probably not what the admins have in mind. Jus' sayin'! :triwink:
Not at all DJ MJ....there are some of us that simply are very good friends with others outside this board and talk on a consistent basis on places like Facebook and other sites. When that is the case those people have seen others set ups, videos and other things and know how / what each other operate.
I am very open on my personal Facebook page about what I like and don't like, how I operate and don't operate and what I use and don't use. That is all Steve meant....he know pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

yep everything was perfect....put the glass back into place and now just have to figure out how the hell to set the thing up LOL
Dam - i should have put a piece of tape to hold it in place......I meant to....I believe the ridged side goes out. it should be set for sound active - stand alone. i used it with a Co Pilot
If the Glass fell out the ridged side goes inside the unit. DO NOT USE WINDEX TO CLEAN IT. A damp soft cloth will do.
Yep, already took the screws out and remounted it, everything works fine, had it plugged in and ran it a little, going to really dive into it tonight when I can have the place completely dark
