Here is a review the kid is obviously bubbling over with exuberance which is telling how awesome these speakers are. DJ Cam the Speaker Destroyer has also posted up a recap and details on his first day or two with his new toys.
These are the real deal folks. Thanks goes out to Mike and the EV gang as well as NLFX for launching a great new line for the DJ and club industry.

We will be installing these at my Bar gig location Yonge Street Toronto so once the install is complete and the show gets going I invite anyone in the local area to come check these QSC/ JBL killers out.:triwink:

Check this kids comments comparing to the FBT Max 4A's which incidentally costs more than half again more than these baby's. WOOD IS GOOD!
 
Im not a fan of the China made stuff but I think I will bite on a pair of the 15"s. Bang for the buck I don't really think I can go wrong. They will be used for general events. I love RCF, Yorkville and higher end EV. But my wallet and the Piece love the pricing on the EV's.

I was in the process of pulling the trigger on a set of RCF 525's but their is such a sweet difference between 2400.00 and 1400.00 bucks. If I can get 4 solid trouble free performance years out of the EV's, I think the decision is common sense.

I hope I don't buy any more gear this year after this purchase. Just got another Mac book, 1200's and another Rane Empath and the damn year just begun.:trisad:

Hi Jon,

I was actually comparing them to the FBT HiMaxx 40As, which are the upgraded version of the Maxx 4As.
 
I may not have super sound by my own and by some of my peers' opinions, but I am vigilant to get the best out of what I have. And since I consistently get compliments on my sound from venues and guests, I will never be able to justify spending that kind of money on speakers.

Would I like to have them? Yes.
However, even if I had the extra dough, I would only be buying them for myself.

Maybe someday?

I just got my ELX115p's and they rock. Nice build...straight forward design. I love the sound out of these cabinets. Good low end for a 15" and powerful. Got them for a steal while they were on sale...i'm very happy with this product.
 
I love my ELX115 p's as well. Nice smooth sound with good bass - even better with the 18 in sub. Now where do I find carrying cases?
 
We offer heavy duty covers for the ELX series. Last I checked we had them in stock, but they are selling about as fast as they can be made.

Sadly, I dont think the 15s will fit in any bag type case with wheels. I looked at the Gator site and they appear to be a hair too big for the 777. This sucks! I dont care to be lugging these things around. I figured they would fit in the wheeled bags like most every other 15 inch powered speaker on the planet! These things are rather massive. Your 12s will fit in the 700s or 777s. Gator has speaker fit guide at their site.
