My reading the TOS before sending the messages that are being claimed to be infraction-worthy only proves one thing: I checked to make sure my statements that I was about to send were not out of line and stayed inside the boundries of the TOS.
No responses were made to any of a handful of inquiries I made via e-mail as to the reasons surrounding my suspension.
John's statement of "too many chefs in the kitchen" really applies to this and a handful of other situations. When I became Student Council President, I all of a sudden had all this power and decided to make all my friends officers on Student Council. It did not work in that situation, and IMHO is not working here.
If your friends are anything like you, I can imagine why it didn't work.
Evidently, you have confused "power" with "leadership".
Absolute authority corrupts absolutely. This is why we have a team of staff members. No one of us may play the role of renegade, myself included.
Last time I checked, you had not made many friends with the staff here. It would appear that your attitude toward these folks has not improved during your absence.
I speak for the staff when I say this: Let it drop, Chris. If you wish to remain here, provoking the staff is not the preferred way to go about it.
I'm about to leave for the airport now, but I see your point Fred. I'm not trying to cause any trouble, just looking for an explaination. It seems as if infractions were issued because it was decided by some staff members that I should just get them for no apparent reason.
A small explaination would be nice. So far every mod I spoke to has told me "it wasn't me so I don't know what happenedd." Frankly, that is complete bogus.

Chris I understand what you are saying....But, and a big "BUT"; this staff does not operate in a vacuum. No one staff member is responsible for an infraction............These things are heavily discussed, sometimes IMHO too much, but that is for the benefit of the member, and ultimately the overall membership, give yourself a chance at a fresh start...............

Upon your return from a month-long vacation there were countless unread posts awaiting your review. Yet, on your first day back you chose to resurrect this one and challenge the forum staff out in the open. Please bear in mind that we all live with the choices we make.
Just a FYI: Infractions are a method of last resort. They are not done by fiat. Member issues are discussed at length among staff and the affected member is contacted before action is taken. Therefore, the "no apparent reason" arguement doesn't wash.
You were forewarned. You have been informed of the particulars of each infraction. The infraction system documents instances by default for staff review. Communication is shared among staff. We're all on the same page so to speak. What one staff member knows, all staff members know.
If you choose to disregard communication from staff, that's on you. Selective hearing on your part does not constitute a misstep on our part.
I respectfully suggest that you discontinue using ODJT for the purpose of promoting this misguided agenda.

ignorance and deceit can be games played by either Adults or Children. Chris clean up your act. I PM'd you many times in warning, and as admin I know others did repeatedly.
