Looks great Ron! Personally the conflicting shadows on the pictures (because of the different orientations) would drive me nuts, but I don't think many will notice. I like the use of "Friends" rather than "Clients"...may have to steal that.

I would have mentioned it sooner but some nutcase decided to mess around with the site today. What, they couldn't do it at 4am EST when the only one on is Tuck?:sqlaugh:

I've learned a long time ago people like to be know in a comfortable way. I am very uncomfortable calling people "clients". To me is sounds so "lawyerish" or "infomercialish". But that's just me. Expecially when you're dealing with youngsters, it's always friends. Steal it, use it, abuse it. Anything I can do to help.

Where did you send the pics? I haven't received any as of yet.

How did the website look? I'm not that up on resolutions etc. I think the one you saw was 1024x600. Was there white spaces on the sides? I just changes it to a bigger span. I know it depends on the monitor that's viewing it but I just didn't like the white spaces.

I was going to say, I didn't see a "Home" button, but there it was at the bottom of the page - a little Home icon.....

Could you add links to every other page, not just the home page?

Like, adding a "Contact Us" button - so they can reach out & touch you from any page they happen to be viewing.

Just a thought. Otherwise, it looks pretty good!

If only I did as many "real" events.....

I've already had to turn down 2 BP's this year because I was booked.... I am contemplating finding a woman - or a guy, maybe - to take on extra events... split the income 50 - 50.... so $100 each for a standard event.

Do you mean a link to every single page I have on the site or a link back to my DJ page? So would you mean leaving the green buttons on every page?

I picked up this little program for $19.95 to build my website. It's pretty simple to use and it also controls my site on my servers end. It's call Serif Web Plus 10. They have a free version that let's you do quite a bit but I figured for the money I'd give it a try. I have been using Frontpage, but Microsoft doesn't make Frontpage any longer and my webserver won't work with the Frontpage extensions anymore.

Hey there Bubbles,

I did notice that if you get to the "Music Page" - DJ Intelligence, created & looks great. But there's no way to get back to your Bubble page from there... is there?

If you click the "Home....oops, almost typed "homo" button - for the music site, it takes you back to your main DJ Ron Auger Productions' page.

Looking good, otherwise Lewis.... ;)

Whoops...my bad. I just checked my sent box to re-forward the original email to the other address and it wasn't there. Found it, unsent, in my outbox. Just sent it to the bubble address. Let me know when you get it.

I have a Bubble Party coming up on Sunday... temps should be in the 50's.... not sure if that matters or not, but it will be the coldest temp I have done a BP in.... I have absolutely no idea how many kids will be there and neither does the client... It is an Earth Day festival for the local library, so I'm guessing attendance may dictate the number of kids....

I have this feeling that I'll be performing to basically 5 - 10 kids at most.... I'm bring my own kids just to beef up attendance. Fortunately it is 12:30 - 1:30, so the weather should be better than at 10AM - when I do most of my BP events.
 
Great, just great.... 1st BP of the year tomorrow and the weather is supposed to be "Breezy". :sqerr::sqfrown:

Hopefully I can set up in a good direction for the bubbles.
