So, who are the "old guys" in the forum?

There are a few older fellows around but most of them just show up time to time. Johnny Dee is well in to his 70s Cap Capello must be over 60 and I am sure there are others.

I think you are the only one to make Time Magazine here though Mark ;)

I'm in that decade and Canute's younger than me! No lie! I still lug and tug my speakers and crawl around on the floor to plug-in power and other cords. I roll stuff from the Trailer no more lifting in and out of the Highlander. Also, getting hard of hearing when kids ask for song requests...got several 3x5 pads and pens. If the kids can't write the song title and artist for me to read, they don't get the requests. Case in point...the other night at a 13 B-day. Guest of honor comes up and make request for Wild Boys--I play Wild One. She comes back after the song started playing and tells me I got the wrong song. From then on it was WRITE or no play. LOL

Why do you think i use the moniker "Babby Boomer DJ"? And, SS is not for the German war unit...can you say Social Security? Proud to be a Veteran, too! Age has nothing to do when it comes to generational music...you either know it or you don't.

Late comer into the business 15 years ago, I'll be 61 in July. Still doing 20 something weddings, HS grad parties and a weekly karaoke/music gig with a college crowd. Age is a state of mind. Rock On!

Gonna hit 54 in July. Papa's right, I feel 75 some days. :D
