Anyone use Allen & Heath mixers? I am considering a Xone 62. I know they have a great reputation in the live music industry but I dont know any DJs who have used them. Im happy with my Pioneer DJM...wondering if this move would make a noticeable difference in sound quality. I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has experience with the A&H mixers.

I've never heard anything bad about A&H. I'm partial to Denon mixers myself, so I don't have any personal experience with them.
 
The GL4 is kind of an industry standard. Good consoles. I prefer Soundcraft (and of course Midas and Digidesigns), but A&H is with Yamaha in the next tier.

Im picking one up for my new setup... I would go the 4D, but dont have quite that kind of budget...
A&H name is built on quality... Never seen a dead board, never felt a bad cross fader... Its aways a quality product... I only know of one issue, of course it was in a night club, one of the cues was starting to stick... but what do you expect the mixer to do with all those DJs that go up and treat it the way they do...
 
Yo Eso think DJ when making those comments it isnt a stage production mixer. I would have to say in the DJ word Rane and A&H are the Top of the heap. I bought Denon as it is comparable.
 
I was just talking overall quality. If their high end consoles are good, it is a pretty good bet that their low end consoles are money and vice-versa.
