I have been very happy with my napster subscription.
I think it has recently increased to around $15 a month, still a great bargain in my opinion for those old songs that are hard to find. The newer stuff is hit or miss. Fergie still declining on the countdown costs $.99. It is a marketing thing, they want you to buy it, then later they will provide it to members free of charge. I just wait out the storm, the song aint that good to spend money on it.How much is Napster?
Im hoping the possibility for Primecuts MP3 is possible in Canada soon Primecuts Canada has the rights to offer a Hard Drive that is updated weekly but individusl MP3's cant be accessed per AVLA laws to date.
I hold a Hard drive license which allows me to use any sized HD to store my music library on in either MP3, wave or lossless format.
sorry Steve you are correct. I dont use either anyhow I have too much music too go beyond 256 bit rate.I can only use a 500 gig drive with my HD 2500.
Jon - I can;t figure that logic either.....
II have a hard drive licence, I can buy a cd, rip the 13 songs off it...no problem....I cannot buy a "digital" album off I tunes and do the same thing...and I cannot rip my subscription disc.....
They need to understand...a song is a song whether purchased from Frank's Records or I tunes...as far as the subscription disc; we all simply want to protect our investment.....
