Did the Martin T Rex replace the Acrobat? What other light Make and/or Model does the same or better than the Martin Acrobat?

Martin is pretty much done with products for mobile DJs. They simply cannot compete with the garbage that's coming out of China, and most DJs won't buy anything that costs more than $200.
Incidentally, I still have two Acrobats for sale, with a rolling case and MC-1 controller. Asking price is $600.

I bought a pair and an MC1 from a local guy who'd used it twice. I believe he paid $750 per fixture. Forgot what he paid for the controller. I wish I had the extra cash laying around. I almost snatched those myself. Your clients will dig what those acrobats will do for your events.
I just spoke with the folks at Martin. They told me that back in 2005 they sold them for around $600.00 each. They also told me that they will be coming out with a new DJ Line of Lights in late Spring - Early Summer next year
