Got to figure out money to get bags for the Yamaha DSR 115 speakers.

That is the worst example of restoring a speaker I've ever seen. That will tear up after just one gig. Also... you've actually changed the dimensions of the speaker slightly, and any cover that was a perfect fit before, will probably not feet with your "wrap". Also... most see the grills... and those still look disgusting. Should've spray painted those black when you had them off. Only cost $5 for a can, and would've made the speakers look way better than that $300 "wrap"

I guess from the pictures you can't see the grill's were painted. Just didn't want to paint over the Yamaha symbol.

you musta painted the wrong side of the grill doc

IF the grills were painted, You should immediately demand that Stevie Wonder return all payments because he did a terrible job.

Also the hardware store replacement screws used to afix the grill stand out like a punch bowl turd and the missing screws on one cabinet evidence the sloppyness, incompleteness and utter failure of this poorly designed patch work project.

Mix It's like putting lipstick on a pig! It's still a pig!
Sonic,

You own swine an apology as You unfairly insult our porcine cohorts.

Don't forget the missing screw from the horn.

I just finished talking to Mike at KPODJ and they have the bags I'm looking for. They have handles to carry the speakers and they want $80 each. They will cover the entire speaker.. just got some business to take care of and then figure out the money to get the bags.

Not sure which ones they're trying to sell you, but the only one they show in stock and around $80 is the Stagg SPB-15 15" bag which shows an interior of 18.9 x 28.3 x 17.7 ... but the Yamaha DSR115 is 17.5 x 29.8 x 16.5, so the speaker is 1.5" longer than the bag .. and that's before the upholstering ...

The fact that you did that much sleuthing to help a man who probably won't scrape together the $160 needed for bags for his newly hospital-grade upholstered speakers is beyond commendable.
