We picked up the Yamaha DSR 115 speakers that got wrapped. When we saw them we were super excited. We went to a store in Elmwood Park, NJ and had them wrap both speaakers. They did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't believe how great they looked. Now got to get bags for them ASAP so we don't damage the great work they did. It cost me $300 but it was well worth it. You can't even see the chips from the wood that wasfrom them being damaged over the years. Now check out the great work they did.

For future reference, the time to start figuring out how to get money for covers is not AFTER you get them covered, it's before.

It’s a unique look but it also does not look very durable I think the vinyl covering will rip very easily
I agree with Tunes. The look is ok but along with ripping I would worry about heat too especially if you're outside with them

Maybe just me, I have purchased covers with my last 8 pairs of speakers including subs. Well worth the money so as to have clean & new looking equipment.
$300.00 is expensive compared to speaker bags & my power cords & xlr cables are always handy in the side pocket.

You may not have seen them previously before they got covered. They were beyond ugly! It was mandatory that they get covered. They will so just fine with those covers. That's the reason for the bags and we plan on being careful. No dragging them around.

LIkely going get ripped, scuffed and by the second event they will look used.

I suspect any heat will now have more insulation keeping it in the box.

This is the first time I've ever seen speakers depreciate in value after a restoration - and why didn't you repaint the grilles while you had them removed? You should've just put $300 towards a new pair of speakers.

Also, they're ugly.

Ive gotta ask...how on earth did the damage inside the grab handle happen? Even if you dragged it on a chain behind the van...it wouldnt look that bad...

I think I found some bags that will work. They are Yamaha Stage Pas 600i bags with wheels on them. Just have to find out if the speakers will fit in those bags.

What the hell is this about???
Mix you are the least qualified DJ on this entire forum
Thanks Tunes great choice. I was looking at covering the entire speakers due to the surface under the speakers. Don't want that part getting dirty either. I will call KPODJ tomorrow to see what they have and what they suggest. They had bags with handles that fit in a bag covering the entire speaker.
