Glad it the L1 worked good for you. If you had of had to L1s I think you could have fit them in, but sounds like the single one was fine.

Nice setup
One note, I would have wrapped the wires from the lights a little bit

Rob,

I'm so happy for you. All that sound and only 1 L1 and 2B1's? Imagine having the second.

Bravo!!

Dave

ps. The pictures are cool too!

I did that later after that pic.... I had forgotten go get a new roll of gaffers tape.....

Playlist?

I knew someone would ask... like a goof ball I forgot to save my history to a text file from OtsAV so unless there is a way to pull that history back up after shut down... I don't have one. Once I get the PC back up and running I'll try and find out if there is a way to pull a play history.

For now I can tell you the most popular songs were:

Crank Dat (Soulja Boy) - Played twice
Cha Cha Slide - Played Twice
Wipe Me Down
Low
Lean Wit It
Independant

Just to name a few...

BTW the food at this reception was the bomb... I sniched a few bites off my wife's plate just to satisfy her that I ate something... and let me tell you the Yankee Pot Roast was sooooooo tender it just melted in the mouth.... on a scale of 1-10 on the tasty meter I'd give it an 11! It was some good eats.

Rob, you won't be able to pull a blow-by-blow playlist, but you can get a list of everything you played in the last day by entering "lastplay <= 1 day" in the Media Library text box.

That will only work if you saved the Media Library when you shut down after your gig.

I'll give that a shot.... if all else fails I'll just be sure to save my next playlist for next weekend.... do you know if it gives it in order or is it just a listing of what has been played in alpha order?

Rod, in case you didn't know, that the "BOSE" emblem on front of the bass bins are spring loaded.... you can carefully pull them out and turn the the right way depending on how you set them up..... I do it all the time

There I fixed your post...

I was wondering about that I did give em a pull or more or less just tried to turn them but gave up in fear I'd break 'em off which would have been my luck.... I ment to ask Cap how he did that.....

yeah you have to be carefull,,, i use my fingernails and get under each side and kinda wiggle it a little and then turn.... ..

But I broke one doing it early on, BOSE sent me a whole new face plate free,,, I caught them on a good day!,,, well that and my Maui Mojo is STRONG!!!! :)

One comment that was a bit negative came from a drunk white guy.... he claims that he has worked with many DJ's in the past and said "you should get some horns on stands...." Horns on stands... WTF?!? This guy needs his hearing tested.... the system was sooooo clear and clean.... besides I don't know any horn players that would play if they were put up on sticks....:sqlaugh:

there was a "white guy" there????? was he the waiter? ;)

Funny you should mention waiters.... I'm not sure if I posted the pic yet.... but I did capture one of the hosteses dancing the Electric Slide..... hahaha I spotted her cause she was the only white person in the picture....

I did have Mr. Cool standing by watching the dancing all night long.... I call him Mr. Cool because he never took off his shades....

Just be careful. I used a butter knife to pry mine....

No, it won't be in order of play--that's what I meant by a blow-by-blow playlist. That's what saving the History is for! But at least you'll have a list of everything you played.

And you'll be better off saving the History as a text file instead of a .ofl or .oil file. That way the songs in the file won't turn into <Placeholder>s if you change one of the .ots files containing any included songs.

Awesome... Thanks for the pics and the info... But you left it there setup... Unattended... Man you have alot of trust, I don't think I could do that...

Never thought about that.... of course Elkhart is still a little like Mayberry I guess...:sqlaugh:
