Firefox or Explorer?

Yes, use both. OCCASIONALLY some sites do not like Firefox. But overall, I like Firefox far more. Plus, Firefox has SO MANY cool addons.... it's great!
They both suck, in their respective ways 
Both fall prey to the "too many cooks in the kitchen" thing, IMHO.
I love FireFox, but it is a big memory hog. IE just sucks. Sorta the lessor of two evils...
A program should be written and designed by one person. Then you know where you stand.

They're all Mozilla based -- read FireFox.
I started writing a new browser last year, but got interrupted by the response to Rockit 4 (it's good, when things go good). So anyway, I spun off a company called Moonshine Software (that is a trademark BTW), and it shall be working on the browser stuff.
Moonshine will become our parent company in the future, and hopefully, the browser will live up to it's not yet mentioned name (if yer a Southerner, you might figure out what the name is)...

Firefox here, not so many problems. Every time I use IE I get blasted by pop ups and other junk.

I tried it when I was trying to decide which browser to use, and did not like it at all.
I went with IE simply because Firefox crashed about 10 times in a row when I used it, and I really don't have the patience to deal with stuff like that (shocking, I know
I support multiple browser combinations for my web application. A majority of browser issues are resolved when the user switches from IE to Firefox. This isn't because Firefox works better, it's because of the add-ons to IE that break it. These add-ons include popup blockers, anti-virus, anti-spyware, and enhancements.
The latest version of Opera is beautiful, compact, and fast.
Safari for Windows continues to be somewhat buggy. Most Mac users I know use Firefeox instead of Safari.

I just switched to Firefox this year. I love it. I think it's built better and runs better than IE. However, I have heard the opposite. So I think it's a swing and a miss for some people. If your current browser is screwy, then you have other options. Firefox incorporates apps and skins and stuff like that, and you can update them all at once. Small little things that you start enjoying. I think it's faster too. Plus it has been proven safer.
Use Firefox. If you run into a website which doesn't like Firefox, open the site in an IE Tab (a Firefox addon).
