You can’t lift a speaker on a stand yet you want to buy 18 inch subs, do you realize how ridiculous that sounds
I was given a link to a ramp to roll the subs in because they come with wheels.
So if as you like to say the event / room needs subs but their are stairs involved how do make that happen???

Before purchasing more gear you should make sure the gear you have is paid off
Honestly what I have seen is when it comes to stairs, most rooms are not big enough for a need for subs. My buddy did a repass where there were stairs to get to the room. He simply used 2 JBL PRX active 15" and that was good enough.
So when are you picking up your subs, i assume you’ve already purchased as typically you ask for opinions after you buy
Nothing at all. The first thing is me renewing my registration on the van and then getting the 2026 East Orange NJ parking permit. In East Orange from Monday to Thursday there a parking issue from 2AM-6AM. There's alternate street parking because of street cleaning. Then I need to take the van to the mechanic shop to get more work done on the van. After that get the hydrolic speaker stands. No decision on getting any subs. Now did you read this carefully?
Then why in the name of God are you even considering it especially when you already have subs?

OK but when the majority of your events don't require one why bother rentals are cheap
Remove the drivers, patch the empty cabs, paint them with a nice finish, and add some casters.
Now you have two lightweight, wheeled, stylish tables you can rest a new Denon DN MC-6000 controller upon.
You can leave me alone. I'm not interested in buying your controller you have for sell. I don't need it!
They poorly cared for subs don’t even have matching drivers at this point, one was replaced with a cheap aftermarket driver.
They really belong in a dumpster
The one driver was replaced with the woofer from an Original Earthquake. I still have the Earthquakes. Just don't have a amp to drive the Earthquakes.
