[SARCASM...partially]It’s very possible the client was a terrible guy. But this is a lesson in how NOT to handle things, no matter what the client does. A simple, “we are very sorry for the client’s loss, but we needed to abide by the contract” Would have been much better. If the client had others write review, simply answering each one with professionalism would have been much better.
