I had 170 people at that location, easy for my EV system, could probably go up to 250 without any problem. Notice how tables are close to the dance floor and each other. That set won't give you the same kick in the larger hall. But for the tight places it's all that you will ever need.

EV's are the best value.

Demo'd them at our ADJA meeting. They received alot of compliments & interest. We also demo'd the new Pioneer MEP 7000 professional multi-entertainment player.

I am going to be using them as 'satellite' speakers for an outdoor event next week. There are a bunch of engineers and even a couple people from JBL/Harmon Kardon company. I'm sure they will be surprised by the small size.

Side note, how do you like the MEP 7000? I've been eyeing that for a while now. Just haven't jumped on it.

I would get some orange posterboard and cut some square pieces to cover the EV logos at the Harman group event.

P.S. On a serious note, I would make sure that I spell the company name correctly.

Its actually a local fundraiser. The JBL/Harman Kardon offices are in the area so they contribute to the event.

Yes I know its Harman, but the iPhone thought differently.

I bought mine a few months ago and really like it. It replaced a Numark CDN88 and has been flawless.

I was playing with the ZXA1's outside my house yesterday, and a neighbor came from 8 houses down and asked if I could turn down the music because his kid couldn't fall asleep. He was a bit surprised when he saw the tiny speakers. He thought it was a huge boom box.

And all I wanted was to be able to listen to music while mowing the lawn.
