I don't know specifically why either of these are discontinued. Likely, it is because a newer model will be forthcoming, but it could be for other reasons. I know, for instance, some companies just killied some slower moving products, due to the economy.

See now here's where I had a problem... I know how to google model numbers... and found a couple I'd like to have... but since I am cash poor I can't have... so while you sit there in ignorant bliss... I sit tormented knowing what is there and not being able to get it.
