It's been like Christmas in March for me. :sqwink:

I received my BL-15 today along with my new Dynas.

Right out of the box, the laser was flickering(strobing) on and off every few seconds. While it was a cool effect, it isn't supposed to operate in that fashion. I called BlissLight and Melinda is sending out another brand new unit, no questions asked.

These folks are in the same league as NLFX (no wonder they carry their product). She was concerned that I had an event this weekend and wanted to make sure I was covered.

I just wanted to give props to another fine company who stands behind their product, takes customer service seriously and rectifies the problem on the spot.

Good luck with your BL-15.

While we've enjoyed ours, we've also had to replace our unit. After the first time we used it, poof - nothing from the laser, just a blue LED.

Turns out the internal power supply was defective. Ben & Blisslights replaced the unit & things have been fine since.

Lucky boy!! I am still waiting for my light, they said it wouldn't be shipped until next wed! :( Sorry to hear that is was malfunctioning though!

So would you recommend the unit overall? or should I be thinking about something else?

I would hope Joe and my problems were a fluke. Melinda told me they are assembling more when we spoke. I took that to mean these are made right here in the U.S.A. (or at least assembled here).

I don't know of any other light that can do this type of effect?
 
BL-15, but I got "special double secret probation" pricing.
