Seen some used QSC PLX 3402's sitting in a rack at the local GC the other day.

They had $600 a piece on them, and last night i stoped in there to get a couple cables, and low and behold.......they we're marked down to $399!!!

So, i scored both of them, a plastic 8 space Gator case, and Caster board.
And a Bose 802 controller, and a Bag End Elf x-over processer, plus 2 rack filler panels for $850!!!:sqlaugh::sqlaugh:

The amps are really clean inside....Merry christmas too me!!!

How come you guys get all the bargains and I don't get nothin'? ;)

Seriously, the PLX is a fine amp and that's one hellufa price. Congrats. :)

I'm pretty stoked also!!! Now i have one heavy azz rack, and more damn wattage than i know what to do with.....but i'll figure out something....:sqcool:

Get yourself some big, honkin' speaker cabinets and rattle the rafters. You can always turn it down.

This was actually a BLESSING IN DISGUISE for the local GC in ROCKLIN.

the "new store" had been languishing for two years, with hardly any customers. Meanwhile, all the "sheep" had been continuing to flock to the Sacramento location.

When the fire closed the Sacramento store.....all customers were directed to the Rocklin location. (The sign giving directions to the new store--was pictured in the news reports)

Now everyone knows about the NEW GC, which is the one I've been patronizing since they're only 30 minutes from my home.
 
IMO, better service, nicer staff.....they don't stock as deep or as wide in the inventory dept, but they make up for it with customer service at Rocklin.

I got my Eon 10's from them, at the July 4th sale.
