Got down to 1.65 here, and now it's back up to 1.71.
I hate to say it, but I think it's hit bottom.
I'm happy to say however that I thought bottom would be 1.80, and it went well below that.

The $1.55 was up to $1.57 yesterday.
Maybe prices went down because the oil companies are trying to hold off higher taxes for themselves. But they will need to go back up so our new President can have his money for all his new programs.

Looks like they are creeping up again. $ 1.51 two days ago. $1.58 yesterday, $1.59 today here in Central New Jersey
I got 3.5 mil gallons leaking into my backyard -- I can throw a pipe in, and give it to ya for say $1.10 per -- seems fair to me

Did they ever implement that silly carbon tax that was supposed to take effect in August in BC?
edit:right now gas is 76cents/litre around where we are in Alberta..
wow I thought Dion did that to all of Canada? LEts dont talk politics though if they do what the latest claim is with a joined force with the liberals and Dion we may as well become USA north. Alberta gas should be 50 cents.

Gas prices moved up locally to about $1.74 per gallon. Still a whole lot better than those over $4.00 per gallon prices that we were getting hosed with earlier.

I'm not 100% sure that $1 a gallon gasoline is actually a good idea. Maybe for a short period of time, but not extended.
