I don't believe anyone has told you, but Thank You! for passing along your idea. I will be taking advantage of it. If you ask me, I think you should run with it! A website, and information for perspective clients, the whole 10 yards! You can better the industry! "If you build it, they will come!"

Damn, where's my burning bush when I need it.........
I spent about 6 posts at prodj when I found out there were far too many professionals there for my liking (read in to that what you want). Occasionaly I will read but I havent posted there for at least 5 years
I still on occasion post at DJ Chat. I know there are a lot here that had trouble with Sid and some of the mods there but I cant say that I was treated anything but fair
I read the wedj board once in a while but rarley post there. Not that I have anything against the board I just don't think of it often and when I do there is nothing that interests me that is current
This is where I hang my hat and dispense advice in a Cliff Claven fashion
The fireplace in the back of the pub is a nice touch

I work with Ryan over at ProDJ on occasion, and I advert there as well.
He is a very nice guy, and usually doesn't have much time to post on his boards.
I thought he was a dick, when he kicked me off his board years ago, but he did the right thing, all things considered.
If you ever get a chance to meet him (or keep up with him -- he goes faster than I do), you will find someone very passionate about this industry, and not just bucks.
I won't defend some of the folks on his board, but I will say without hesitation, he is a good man, and cares a lot about this industry.

Aside from ODJT, the only bbs site I visit is the Carvin pro sound forum.
The others are (or were) overrun with trolls. The inmates are running the jails. I do not care for bbs trolls and will not participate in any forum that permits them to maintain residence.
I couldn't do anything about it over there. I can damn sure do something about it here.
