I just started going to boards about 6 months ago...
I got flamed on DJC and was a little discouraged.

Thanks to EKLondon for standing up for me on DJC when things got hairy....
Then Kirby Ball flew in and saved me Superman style and got me here.
Then Clark Kent (AKA JTV) interviewed me on the phone for 2 hours about 30 seconds after I signed up.
Carolyn thanked me for my new avatar.
chatted with Barry Stamper on the phone.
Met Kris Nardini in person.
Adore CraziAce and his style for showing me what TOS is all about.
Smoked a doobie with the goat farmer (I freakin' wish)
Learn alot from Cap and the bose ways
Talked Chuck into changin' his Avatar
Did I mention Fred's the man
Did I mention I saw DJMN in a magazine once? (I think)
I love just about any technical post by Pyle, Norther Light, Balanced line, and Tyrone...just to name a few....
Love getting the thanks from the jfactor for my useless posts....
and the comedy banter Papa brings to the table.
Not to mention the ideas he has with Allo's bubble program...even though Allo is a crazy conservative....he's gettin' me more in the middle....
And no one can forget the conversations and stats Proformance and Dude Walker bring to the table. Freakin' awesome reading....
Bounce and rlelek for their youth and kickass experience under their belts. From major concerts to Freestyler, I can't think of anybody under 20 on here that can match it....
Thanks to Goodknight for always starting threads that get people talking...
Jeff Romard, Kreation, HighDef, Maestro, Pamela, Scott Hanna, thatmusicguy, dogman, for just being nice folks. I mean, helpful, do anything for ya, nice folks.
Patrick Lewis for keeping me posted in my band roots. Its good to have an agent on there for when my band gets together again (never....)
Also Chaos and Valerie....you are where I'd like to be if even in my dreams someday....Big is Good
Deejay Dan and Gray, good posts everytime and very cool headed guys....
DJDawg for pickin up the phone and wanting to learn some Adobe from me...
DJ SVO for having some funny replies on the word game....
Vinyl Spinner for being exactly who he is. The one guy on here with the courage to stick it to the status quo.

If I forgot you, I'm sure we'll meet again on here.
I have a lot of fun checkin' in with you all and can't wait to actually see you in person. For some of you, it will happen. I just gotta get a plane ticket and see you at a convention....

Kansas City Our DJ Talk Convention. Kansas City International Hilton.

There ain't another DJ site for me....

and there we have it folks another unique testimonial as to why this site is not your other DJ Forum but one of a kind. Thanks Mr Nichol.

I still visit the board on my way out of the supermarket...but no one has answered my post there about how the principle of volume reduction by destructive interference may be exploited for noise cancellation.

I couldn't have given two steaming piles for any "DJ Industry" 9+ years ago. when I jumped into the DJ message board pool, I dove in head first.

Some here may know (remember) me and most may not. My "Controversial" days are long behind me. I don't believe in any "DJ Industry" or tooth fairy.

When I was told about this site, the very same day I made my last post on That Berger joint playground at "start". As someone else here said "Too many Professionals".

Because of the ups and downs of my interaction with other mobile DJs over the past 10 years, I really don't post anymore, definately not anywhere near as I used to do. But I like it here. I enjoy reading and learning interesting things without all the other crap.

This is my primary and main forum. Aside from here I may check into mixingonbeat.com.

You may find remanat traces of my past laying all over the floor on some of those other DJ forums, but this is where I choose to be. I don't go slumming anymore.
