There really is no way to measure "good, bad, cheap, etc. " ...complaints come from ONE place and that is a failure to meet expectations. It is your job as salesman to make sure that you understand the customers expectations to be in line with both reality and the product/service you sell. That's how you qualify a customer and if you aren't doing that; then a "cheap customer" is not your problem. The problem would be your lack of a solid plan and profile.
