You folks wouldn't know a real amp, from a 57 Chevy...
Here's a real amp (BTW, this sucker still rocks, even though the pots are dirty). I think they rated it at 25 watts per, but it can blow away my Onkyo 150 per:

Main amp: Crown Powertech 3
Backup amp: Carver pm1.5 probably 20 years new still works hard when it needs to. had 4 of them back in the day. Never any problems with them.
I also use SAE amps as well as a couple TOA's and Radio Shack (100 watt PA amp for ceremonies) and a Crate amp for secondary ceremony rig.
Nice! But in this group that would get filed under the ka-ching/other category.
