What are these lights called?

those look like standard moving wash effect lights. Similar to this one I suppose, but much bigger... https://www.sweetwater.com/c1097--C...T2IRM2bYhG-quEV7DExoCo48QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Of course you can always find cheaper versions of everything such as this if you're on a budget... https://www.monoprice.com/product?p...zB5nbvXqBVpai8Upva7SwdatNWuFPnFBoCjAQQAvD_BwE

But ultimately, these lights are all about the programming. You can make a cheap light look great with good programming, and the most expensive lights can look out of place if the programming is not fitting of the moment.

Wash lights generally do not do patterns. The have color and focus (edge) features. They generally have a shorter effective range (beam angle).
Spots may have patterns, color, prism, focus and other effects. The beam angle is typically more narrow and has a greater zoom capability.

They are called: "moving yoke" fixtures when they are capable of panning left/right and tilting up/down. They are called Pars, Parnels, Fresnels, Ellipsoidals, or Framing spots if they are a fixed mounting type.
