Todd decides to record tunes by other artists that he's produced over the years (Tubes, Patti Smith, XTC, Hall & Oates, Grand Funk Railroad, Meatloaf, New York Dolls, Bourgeois Tagg, etc.) but he gives them a more modern sound (think dance/techno-pop) along with turning a few on their heads, arrangement-wise.

Nope, mine's a Pioneer unit which has been flawless over the years. I also have tons of reels with stuff and as you mentioned the memories are great :)

I still have this http://ourdjtalk.com/album.php?albumid=38&attachmentid=22133. When I was back in Boston visiting Christmas 1983, I recorded 6 hours of radio time from WJIB and it included some Weather Reports. Its funny when I play it back here in Texas during summertime. My friends would look at each other and say "SNOW! In August!" LOL
