Ive been thinking about this too and have an age in mind that I do not want to continue past, although mine is a bit sooner than yours( we're around the same as well), I might extend it a bit longer but it just all depends on a lot variables at that time.I know the maximum age I plan to DJ to. Sure, things MIGHT change, but I do not anticipate any changes furthering my time as a DJ in the future. Age 60 will be it for me, and I am pretty sure I will throw the towel and retire before I get there. So, I got 16.5 years or less left to go. I'm planning to slow down heading into the 2030s so I don't think I will still be actively booking and performing events to 2042, but I don't have a crystal ball.
