I would never use this as a marketng tool if I can't sell them on the positive I don't sell them at all.

Another point here is Youtube can be a very valuable SEO tool if used correctly I wouldn't have it there in fear a client might see it and assume it's me
 
Thanks Jeff. Last Sunday I went to a bridal fair and listened to this well known Radio DJ wanna be Wedding DJ who gave his stats as his opening statement to the couples inquiring and then spent 15 minutes telling them how he was so different than the rest and that most DJs cant push play much less use a microphone. He even mentioned Bait and Switch. the most shameful comments were about how other DJs offer a 700 dollar deal and then say oh you want a DJ thats an extra 200. A microphone? Another 100 dollars. I bit my tongue but listened. I sure hope someone who phones him talks with me as well. I will show them the difference. No gloom and doom in my presentations.
 
I have wrestled with the whole thing of "tell them how bad it can be out there, but don't be negative" approach. In our area there is a company that has let people down due to under professionalism. It is so hard to not say "watch out. I know that situation well." but I don't.
