I, on the other hand, try to be an equal opportunity annoyer.
Last week, I used the L1c for wireless backfill in a large 'acoustic hellhole' in place of the Classic L1 as before.
Well, the unit connected via MIC in was rather bright and hot. But still sounded ok.
Last night I used the same L1c and connected via line - not mic xlr.
Result? Much better low end and not as hot/bright. It sounded as good as a direct wired connection.
I need a 2nd L1c.
