My vote goes to Good Morning Beautiful by Steve Holy.

Thoughts?

Man, I'm bustin' my sides laughing...

Only you, Papa... only you. :D

Hey Papa

These all with a smile!!! Hey where did Jay Factors favorite Finger go????? :jet: :jet: :jet: :jet: :jet:

My vote goes to "Your Beautiful" - James Blunt

"Goodbye My Lover" is great too, but I don't think it's appropriate for a slow dance.

James Blunt has never flown very well over here. I like it, it's just others DO NOT. So I rather be safe and not play it.

Aerosmith - Don't Wanna Miss a Thing
has always been a must play at the events ever since it came out... I guess you could consider it cheeze.

Actually, IMO, this is a bad choice. I love the song but he is singing about an EX girlfriend.

and James Blunt is mentally wishing and then realizing he cant have the woman he knows he would have connected to . Not too happy of an ending in my opinion but the song is very nicely orchestrated and JB can sang. Another song which just came out getting lots of requests mentioned in another thread. Hinder- Lips of An Angel which has similiar connotations yet a very beautifully written song. Beauty though is in the eye or ear of the beholder.

ummmm,,,yeah,, okay...

I like Xristina's Beautiful... not for weddings, but a good song...

At Last is my fave classic

Most of the ones of recent yrs for the most part with truly vocals to melt a females ears etc were of the Country genre.

James Blunt sounds like a parrot.

On that country theme... a great newer slow song is She's Everything by Brad Paisley -- the women love it. It's a great song, by the way, if you haven't heard it you should.

NEWER Song.... My vote goes to True by Ryan Cabrera... My favorite Love/Slow song of all time, and most people I know have never even heard it... "Would You Mind" by Earth, Wind, and Fire... I squeeze it in as a selfish indulgence after a DISCO set at every gig I do.
