If I was a CL, hobbyist DJ, with downloaded music, Pyle Pro Speakers, ion DJ controller, and only charged $150 - $250 a night for a Wedding, would I be allowed to join this site?

Hey, it's "Little Cesar" in training. Sharpen those hooks and get out the worms. PIZZA-PIZZA!!! Don't you guys know he's being facetious?

(This post is lovingly dedicated to Steve)

Yes -the robot graphic has worn thin and likely will go; it was OK 6 years ago.....I need to overhaul; the reality is...is that in my area, looking at other web offerings, It didn't warrant my time......It's for my photobooth; Klik Pics......

If you're interested, let me know

Say that again!

I said it above, I have nothing against someone trying to use any and all means to promote their business. Craigslist is cheap (actually free for most things) and therefore makes sense to use (same with Facebook, twitter, Pinterest and the rest). If you can offer services at a lower price than me .. go for it.

I don't buy into the "that cheapens the whole DJ field" thing. It is what it is .. competition, and if all you need is beer money, you're my/our competition .. If you do it for free because it's a hobby and you don't need the money but like the fun .. you're my competition too. No ill will.

What irks me is trying to gain an advantage by either skirting or playing the system .. using it is fine .. just stay above board: get legit music, pay your taxes, assume the responsibilities.

If you're a "Craigslist DJ" and you're trying to get legit, then yes, you're welcome here.

And pay your performance fees to ASCAP!!! ;) I kid, I kid...

But i totally agree Steve. especially with the legit music, taxes, and responsibilities stuff.
