If the cdg files are not formatted correctly Compuhost will not import them
What format do I have to use? I tried just about everything, but it works in power karaoke. Unless there's a setting in compuhost that I'm not seeing.

Are the songs showing up but not playing? just not being audible? I have never used Compuhost (I use JustKaraoke 2.0), so not sure what settings it has.

The Compuhost manual has some warnings around info layout ... Importing MP3+G/WMA+G Files

WARNING: In order for CompuHost to correctly import and catalog your MP3+G/WMA+G Files, they must follow one of these standard file naming conventions.
(Underlined Items are REQUIRED)

1. <DiscID><Dash><TrackNo><Space><Optional Dash><Optional Space><Artist><Space><Dash><Optional_Space><Title><.ZIP/.CDG >

Example. "SC8101-01 - Sinatra, Frank - My Way.zip"

2. <DiscID><Dash><TrackNo><Space><Optional Dash><Optional Space><Title><Space><Dash><Optional Space><Artist>< .ZIP/.CDG >

Example. "SC8101-01 - My Way - Sinatra, Frank.zip"

3. <Artist><Space><Dash><Optional_Space><Title><Space><Dash>

<Optional_Space><DiscID><Dash><TrackNo><.ZIP/.CDG>

4. <Title><Space><Dash><Optional_Space><Artist><Space><Dash>

<Optional_Space><DiscID><Dash><TrackNo><.ZIP/.CDG>

5. <Artist><Space><Dash><Space><Title><. ZIP/.CDG >

Example: "Sinatra, Frank - My Way.zip"

6. <Title><Space><Dash><Space><Artist>< .ZIP/.CDG >

Example: "My Way - Sinatra, Frank.zip

7. Combined: The ENTIRE Filename is added to the TITLE column of all SongList searches. This format is NOT recommended since it seriously impedes CompuHost's ability to properly catalog the imported listings.

Importing Song Files that do NOT follow one of the above MP3+G Naming Standards will NOT catalog properly and thus may not be available within CompuHost.

I'm not very good with computers I might have to get someone to take a look at this.
I might have to change to a different program. Compuhost works pretty good song search is quick and easy.

Compuhost has a cdg ripping program that's what I've been using, but alot of work and time consuming.

The songs are in my hard drive that I ripped from power cd+G Burner compuhost v2 doesn't see them. But I'll take a look at the format. I'm assuming that both program formats have to match.

Sure, I was able to get my music to play through compuhost. I have a busy schedule evenings are better for me

How are Fridays evenings for you? But would like to hook up with you, are you familiar with compuhost?
