I know we have some great DJ's... and some awesome wedding DJ's.

But my question is... what makes YOU a great wedding DJ? Could you answer in one sentence?

I listen to what the Bride and Groom want and then try my best to supply it!

But to answer your question, "What makes YOU a great wedding DJ?"

the answer is.......... The Wedding Party!

I don't care how good someone is or thinks they are at doing weddings it all boils down to the clients and your ability to read them once the party starts!

"We use our ability and experience to match the bride and groom's vision of the evening with a classy, elegant, fun, and energy filled evening."

1. I pay attention to details.
2. I provide what the client (bride and groom) wants.
3. My ability to read people.
4. Experience.
5. Music knowledge.
6. My personality.
7. My overall desire to do the job correctly.

In one sentence:

What makes a DJ Great is the ability to find out what a client wants and then give him exactly what he wants and if you have room, give him a little bit more; To be interactive, fun, and outgoing if that's what he's looking for; To be Professional and eloquent when delivering announcements or introductions if that's what he's looking for; To be positive about EVERYTHING 100% of the time...

All this... While being yourself!

Does that make sense?

The ability to set my ego aside and use my experience and professionalism to assess the needs of the client and guests, and to accurately and appropriately help them plan their event and avoid missteps, then following thru by taking charge executing the plans and handling any last minute itinerary snafus with minimal disturbance to the guests and wedding party while remaining entertaining.

Could you answer in one sentence?

Some are apparently capable, some are not -- some even require a bullet list... :sqlaugh:

P.S. Run on sentences don't count either guys... :D
