Man, yesterday was nice in comparison. This morning at sunrise it was -8 with a windchill in the -20's. We're not supposed to go about zero today and tonight and tomorrow are looking to be colder. Whee!

I can sympathize Ben -- I had to get up this morning, and walk the 10 feet from my bed to my office, in horrific 75 degree conditions... :D

Ben good talkin to you on the phone, and thanks for helping.

I thought I'd mention what the weather guy said last night!

He said "Well we will be going from the freeze to the deep freeze!'

I was like "Whats the difference, its -25F now....isn't this the deep freeze?"

It was kinda funny, but lol....it kinda irked me..lol!

I guess he was trying to prepare us.

Also....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............................

The news is a bunch of idiots! OMG POOR FLORIDA!

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are experience dangerous wind chills..and blah blah blah!

Do they not realize it is -40F with windchills, and we can get frostbitten in like 10 minutes. But yet with wind chill, florida will hit like the 20s...so you better bundle up!

I understand completely Florida is not used to this colder weather...but come on..if there is going to be a report on poor weather....it is not in Florida! Ahhhhhh! What was this resolution on trying to be positive and no bitching, I just blew that one! Well, I can always try again tomorrow..*grin*!

Let's all hop a plane and move in with Chuck until this thing blows over. I figure late April aught to do it.:sqlaugh:

Our electric went out at 2:30 in the morning, at 4:00 I woke up freezing my stones off. Couldn't find a flashlight, lit a candle so if someone else woke up the wouldn't fall over something. Said candle almost started a curtain on fire, luckily the curtain was dusty and I smelt the dust burning before it actually caught.

We finally got the heat on about a half hour ago, I got all the radiators cranking the electric meter must be spinning at mach 3.
