Hello all. I just got an email a few hours ago saying our new website is up and running. I can't seem to access it for some reason but Steve Cie the president of the NJDJN said it's up and running. Here is the link i hope to the site. If anyone can pull up the site please post it here. It's www.dancetothemusicent.com I hope this is it. If so let me have it. Give me your thoughts and suggestions as to make this site a good one. Hell at least right now it's better then the first 2!

Great start Mix. If I may make a suggestion lose the multiple phone number thing. You have listed 2 office numbers and 2 cell numbers trim that down to one published number that both of you have access to.
 
It's good that you now have an online presence, but I would have personally invested more in your marketing material than the recent gear purchases you made. For the price you just paid for a sub, you could have a REALLY nice website up and running; in the hopes of looking more professional and landing more gigs. The reservation/booking fees then would have purchased the gear.

I have to ask, whats with the non-functional Paypal button...on EVERY page? You dont even offer any pricing info...yet you expect people to agree to pay via your website? I would confine pricing/booking and payment option to one page. Pretty scant on the info and photos, overall. I also agree 100% about that music, that slaps you in the face the second you drop in. Thats a huge turn off, for many people.

I agree with MJ about the Paypal button if it doesn't work get rid of it. You can mak mention of payment options but try not to confuse with unneeded things.
 
No music on Firefox for me .. but PayPal works, it just allows someone to send money, though it's not a standard process (press button, then add to cart, then pay) so you may want to rethink how that's used. At least put it on a page with directions.

There is more to be added in time. This just a temporary site as we tweak things to get it to look better.

There need to be more pictures of people dancing and pictures of the setup. Some other things to. I'm not sure what they are as I'm not a wizard of these things. It will all come together over time. This is just a rough draft. If this is best one so far, that should tell you how horrible the other 2 were.
 
Here we go again. He has changed the site. He said he didn't like the way the site turned out and redid it again. I hope it works. He's been doing this a real long time, so i trust him in every way. I'll get him paid on Tuesday. He only charged me $600.00. He's really a good guy because he did the site and waited on the money to be paid. Now go at this one.
 
Much cleaner now .. tell him good job .. Should probably change the "PayPal" to something like "Make a Payment" or "Leave Deposit" .. PayPal (the name) doesn't mean much to a lot of people.
 
Why are all the pictures of the same nationality.

Makes it seem like that is all you cater to.

As I read one of the reviews it mentioned spanish music so I think it would be helpful if you had pictures of other nationalities to show your versatility.

Just my 02 cents worth
