First of all, except for the rare occasion, I don't drink.
So I personally don't even think about it at home, nonetheless at a gig.
There was, however, one instance where I ran into the groom and his guys at the bar...
and there was no way to walk away without offending him, so I did a shot with 'em.
But as Proformance said, DJing "is" a job...and more than likely, you would not drink at your normal 9-to-5.
But if I were a client, and throwing a party, I would certainly not mind if my vendors enjoyed themselves....
and as a DJ, we all know how alcohol can assist our guests into having a good time (or better time).
So I would have to vote for "YES....WITHIN REASON"
