I can't fathom spending $700 on a phone.
I"m getting old maybe...that's more than my first 3 cars cost..or any 2 of them combined.
it's more than any of my laptops (we have 4 in the household).
We have 3 TVs..and that's more than 2 of them.
it's more than the fridge or stove I just bought.
I can do the same thing, maybe with a bit less camera, for under $200..and I'm not happy spending that.
Like spending $200 on a dj vs spending $700, you get what you pay for. Sure, not everything is important to everyone.
But, to combine a phone, a fast computer, a good gps, a calendar with great sync features, a really good camera, an MP3 player that can store and play 100k songs, can download songs, a credit card reader, a signing pad, a scanner, a great notebook that copies my notes to all of my devices and computers if I desire. A $700 phone that works well is the bargain of the century for anyone that runs a business on the road, in my opinion. It saves me hours per month, easily.
Just the time it saves me by scanning and storing my receipts makes it well worth while. And it automatically uploads the receipt to a cloud , so nothing is lost if the device goes missing.
Just this morning, in an airport, I received a signed copy of an agreement, opened it, signed it, returned it, then got their credit card information and charged their card. Now they are booked and I have the money. And I'm not home.
