Weddings Do we have a "referral" network?

To many ads? Support ODJT and see no ads!

I'm wondering if we have a way to refer business to other DJ's who might be outside our travel area. As we are more and more "global" in our acquaintances and with a presence in all the social networking sites it invariably comes up that someone is looking for a DJ.

So... do we have something in place that I missed... or can we set something up to refer gigs to other OurDJTalk residents?
 
Not officially. However, we do encourage local networking through our members. :)
 
If someone contacts me for services a bit too far away..and they are willing to pay my travel and time fees, I am always available.

However, if this is not possible...I'd be more than glad to refer a gig for free.

However...if you wanted you could send me a gift! =)
 
You could use the member map to see where some of our members are or post a thread if you had a gig to give out

Most of our members were members of adjrevolution at one time but it seems the site is no longer
 
I've successfully passed on a few gigs from posting here on the forum. Oddly enough, it was to two individuals that have never posted; just lurk. I asked them both to participate because after checking out their websites and talking to them on the phone, they both run a great operation.

I also do have a few names of dj's in some of the larger cities that I don't travel to that I pass on. I've even recieved Thank You notes for helping them find someone or that the referral did a great job. I was just happy to help them out.
