Steve - I use the same carts from Home Depot.... Put the load in photo 2 on a Rock n Roller R 10; despite their rating of 500lbs; that cart i going to suffer; pot 150lbs on it; you can see the big wheels start to splay

I dont know exact weight I have put on mine as I didnt scale it. I have overloaded it on several occasions fully extended and had no issues. I also maintain the cart so its probably why it has lasted like it has thus far.
Does anyone have the full bottom deck for the R&R 10 model.I have been using two pieces of thick black foam rubber I got from my work place.I am thinking maybe go to the deck.Also, as stated before,you have to get the small front caster upgrade wheels.I had the og's on mine and went to a transition in the flooring and it peeled the stock rubber right off the rim.I almost dumped the entire cart.Be careful yunz!!!
