Steve, is it ONLY on my site? Or have you been getting them for other sites too? I don't have any ActiveX controls or anything that could influence your computer running on my site at all, so I don't know why it would show up as that. It shows up fine with Win8's basic security, as well as AVG Anti-Virus.

I just saw you were using Kapersky. I dropped them about 2 years ago. Too many false positives. I am only using Win8's default security stuff for testing purposes. If I wasn't, I would be using Avast! Anti-Virus. I have AVG running on my daughter's computer, they are another good one to try out. Both of them are free for personal use.

I've played it the last few weeks. Had a request for it last night but I didn't have time to play it

Ahh, it's the toolbar that is setting off alarms. The toolbar is from Wibya, and they are legit. I wouldn't worry about the alarms. I could take it down if needs be, but it's safe. I don't know why it is triggering alarms, all it is is a toolbar. I actually only have it on the download site to keep in continuity with my main site, and so that people who ONLY download can see whats going on in the FB group and twitter posts.

If you want any of the tracks, but are still leery about downloading, let me know which ones and I will make a special delivery for you :)
Should I put the CRJ track up for download off of the main server?

I already got your track Jynxx -- I'm fairly handy at this stuff ;)

My concern, is that if that thing is firing people's security, yer gonna diminish your reach...

Later tonight I'll give it a good listen (just waking up from siesta now). We hide until the sun goes down this time of year.

I'm not worried about it really. I just put them up for people to get if they want them. I remix for two professional companies right now, so I just put those up there for you guys to get. I am not trying to make a name for myself anymore, I did that a while ago :)
hehe

First time I heard it was when she appeared here at the radio station to perform it acoustic.
Haven't been able to get away from it since....
and it (the dance version) was the big hit at the Hill School 6th Form Dance (prom).

I did a small company reunion on Saturday night - maybe 75 guests. It was the only request I got all night long except for Sexy and I Know It, but that was actually requested when the party was booked.

Its has been on the Radio here in Houston a couple of months now if I am not mistaken. I have the Instrumental as well as the Radio version to it. I like to start it off with the Instrumental then mix in to the Vocal Version then back out again to something else.

So you like to take someone's favorite song and mess with it? If a song is extremely popular go with the version everyone knows :)

I live in Houston, we do things different down here!
I am not a "Push Play"DJ, I like to do "Live" mixes!
My audience demands it!
The quickest way not to be hired is to be mediocre!
I like introducing/breaking new songs. Having different versions (Instrumental, Acapella, Clean, Dirty, Intro/Outro) and knowing how to use them, gives me the competitive edge.

BTW I learned all this from my early beginnings up in the North East Clubs, Boston, New York etc.

Update on my previous post.
Spun for the Hill School reunion/alumni weeked.
This is song is also quite popular with those OUT OF school as well.
Easily the most popular song of the weekend.

If you're at a club sure..weddings, my guess it would go over like a fart in Church...but hey, when it's all about you go for it! :)

Who said anything about Clubs or Weddings being the location? Why does it have to be "all about you" or even me? The old attitude that some DJs have about "this is how it is done" "always have been done" is as old as the hills. Times have been changing. Dare to be different! The same people that go to Clubs and Parties are the same ones going to their friend's Weddings! Just saying! ;)
