I'm a light junkie.

I run past the bride and groom what I bring. If they want less, cool. I'm not lowering my price.

One flat rate price. Lighting is an extension of my performance. I'm running lights more than music in reality.

4 - pars ungelled for blinders (have 8, but power usually isn't there)
2 - Diversitronic strobes. 1500w each.
4 - LED pars, more down the road.
2 - moving heads.

Pars for parts of songs where there is a "shout" sing along.
Strobes for impact points
LED's are LED's but they have macros.
Moving heads for spotlights or atmosphere.

I could do less, but more is more.

Forgot to add that I would like to go to a super sexy Cap or Kevin or Knardini setup, but for now, I've got no trussing and 2 ugly Sonic dually's to cover up. I figure if my audience is blinded by the light, maybe they won't see my speakers...

my light show is the same for all gigs
and included in every package
unless it's an outdoor or afternoon gig
so I never have to bargain my price
you either want them or you don't

and it's super low tech

4 chasing par cans
one mushroom
a mirror ball effect
and a small chasing "quattro"
I also have a flood light that I use for an occasional accent light

it's all mounted into a frame, with wheels
so I never have to pick and choose for each gig.

Gee, thanks!!

Actually I had to stop because it was above what I would be willing to pay with that outrageous shipping he has attached to it..... otherwise I would have kept bidding on it.... I really didn't do it to spite ya... I am interested in such a light.

I got mine when they were discontinued and I paid around 300. It was when in full service being sold for well over 400. The only thing I didnt like in the add was when the seller said it had been only use AROUND 2 times. What does that really mean? It looks in the pictures to be very clean. You wont find one for less than 200 in most cases. Tyrone Blue was amazed at this light once he hooked it to DMX understanding the props us owners have given it. I dont even use mine in DMX yet and have had them 3+ yrs with much praise from the clients. Mine will become DMX'd in the very near future.

My maximum bid is above the ballpark. :sqwink:

hmm you bid 71 and the shipping is 35? You wont budge above 105? Is that what you were saying?

Dang dude, that ain't no "Basic" package:)

I've always been reluctant to talk in these lighting threads because I am probably the only one here who REALLY has a BASIC lighting package! Almost (okay ACTUALLY) embarrassing really...

I'll definitely upgrade as time goes on, but it is what it is!

You do understand that it is one of those options not all four.

1.) two ADJ mega panels and a starball (will take a VUE is crowd is bigger.)

or

2.) small uplighting

or

3.) monogram

or

4.) blisslight
