Chris Brown is under investigation for an assault that happened at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party last night. They are not saying whom the victim is but word has it that Rhianna (Chris' girlfriend) has cancelled her appearance and performance as did Chris Brown.

Chris Brown is being replaced by Justin Timeberlake.

More to come as this story is developing...

Sadly, it would seem that they cannot behave at all. :(

It must be a tradition in the music biz. From Hank Williams to Elvis to George Jones to today's crop.

That's what happens when fame and $$$$ goes to your head and a certain type of immaturity prevails.

Chris Brown got calls at a HS grad party we did recently. I went through the promos and found several tracks from him. I don't listen to mainstream pop radio anymore so I can't tell ya much. :)

Oh stop it Rick. Even Faith knows who Chris Brown is.

I asked her, and she has no clue either... :sqerr:

Honestly -- name doesn't ring a bell, other than a few guys I met in jail (they all use that name, or something like it)...

We're listening to the Doobie Brothers right now :)

Big shock, a rap "star" in trouble.

Can't you pretty much just substitute any rappers name into this story and it would be the same?

HA I love it... the most interesting part of this year’s Grammies didn’t even happen at the Grammies! I watched the entire thing, waiting for something good to come of it... NOPE, the best part was the end... when I shut off the idiot box!

Overall the sound mix was better then in past years, except for one performance, I cant remember what one but it was hard to catch the vocals... then there was Katy Perry.. OMG, I heard that she isn’t all that great live... SHE SUCKED! Just goes to show what a good tech can do in a studio...

Any one else want to chime in and rip the show? :sqwink:

Now see, I didn't even know it was on last night -- I thought you guys were predicting... :sqconfused:

Then again, the guy directly across the river from me won a grammy, and he didn't know it was on either (Pete Seeger). Must be a regional thing... :)
