Anyone playing songs from Juno Soundtrack?

Kind of a strange request, no? The movie was popular over a year ago, but there weren't any songs on the soundtrack that I'd pick to move a dancefloor.

Song talked about most in the movie: The Carpenters' "Superstar", as recorded by Sonic Youth.

Song the record company tried to push as a single: "Anyone Else But You" as recorded by Michael Cera and Ellen Page. It was also featured in a commercial for the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.

Sorry no help here.... I just never even seen the movie... it has that "After School Special" written all over it... you know the ones they now show on Lifetime - For Women?

Not into coming of age teen pregnacy type movies... they make me want to gag... hmmm just thinking about it I think I just did puke in my mouth a little.

You'd be surprised... it's nothing like an after-school special and the movie was nominated for the Oscar for Best Picture in 2008. To call it a Lifetime movie is an insult.

You should take a chance and see it - Juno was actually a great movie. If you want coming of age, watch the Gilmore Girls.

Ick...:sqeek:

I suppose sometimes movies can be better than their trailers.... or worse... this one just doesn't strike me as much more than a chick-flick that made the big screen.

Guess what? Your current clients and prospective clients are chicks. They love that stuff, so it's sometimes not a bad idea to try to be familiar with it. Just saying.
