For the third time so far, fixtunes has "hung" and I've had to restart both itunes and fixtunes.
It has never hung up on me, on Vista. Things got a little slow when doing a lot of updating but no other issues. The UI definitely needs a little work and right click menus would be nice but other than that it ran great for me.
