I was all over Denon's website but I still can't find out if the MC4000 is Rackmountable?
Anyone have one?
Thanks!

It's 19.9 inches wide, so it won't fit in a rack.I was all over Denon's website but I still can't find out if the MC4000 is Rackmountable?

I believe the MC6000mkII is the only rack mountable Denon controller/mixer.I like the rackmount because I have two wireless mics, a Driverack, a rack panel, etc to also put into the rack.
The MC4000 or MC6000 is a controller that should be oriented in a tabletop configuration with laptop over top on a sliding or fixed platform directly in front of the operator. I have tried controllers oriented in gator rack boxes that have openings on top and the side. Simply awkward to use.
I saw one once that did .. there was a 1RU directly under the controller to mount a wireless mic or 2 (similar to how some have a slideout keyboard tray). I forget which one. My Denon glider case has the room under it to put my wireless mic receiver, but I would have to velcro it and figure out where to mount the antennae.Yes, that is similar to what I use Steve, except mine has a laptop slider on top. (All pre-wired)
The convenience of having everything already hooked up is fantastic. With a glide case, you need to hookup mics, processing, etc.
Why, they don't make a glide case with multiple rack spaces, I will never know. I know they make them with one...
Fixed that, don't know what happenedHoly Crap!
Did you attach the same pictures several times, or am I tripping....(again)
