What model iPhone? I notice a slight delay in opening on my Android phone due the amount of javascript that's processed client side.

I do know about the ads issue. There's not much I can do about that. It's the reason the ads aren't up in the header. I can recommend Tapatalk though. :)

I always do mostly for testing I cannot stand navigating full websites via touch interface.

That being said if a mobile version or plugin like tapatalk makes people able to check in and post more frequently I'm all for it.

Over all I'm seeing snappy response time I do have some mySQL tweaks to do but everything is on a SSD now and ODJT it's the only thing on this instance.

I tried to send a pvt message again today and it popped up another error message about having to be below 420 characters. It does it from whatever computer I am on, tried 3 different ones, home and work.

It's has to be something on your end. Look at your conversations I tested under your account and was able to send myself a 9000 character message.

@steve149 could you do me a favor? Use http://www.lipsum.com/ to generate text and send me a ridiculously long message to see if you bump into any limits.
 
You are probably right but I can't figure it out. If it was just on one computer maybe, but on several, I don't know. I have sent Steve several messages but they have all been short and went thru.

Heck. I can barely read a 22" screen -- and you want me to do this stuff on a phone (which I don't have or want)...? :eek:

I go up to the mini mart during a power outage, and I cant buy anything cause the moron behind the counter doesn't have a calculator, or a pad and pen. And is showing much more underwear than I care to see.

So much for technology... ;)
